What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or use our products?

We collect first name, last name, email, gender, profile photo, IP address, domain name and site URL from users that register with Cusmin.

We may use Google Analytics or other trackers on our site to collect the following information from our visitors: IP address, domain name, date and time of visit, length of the session, visited pages, number of times you access within a month, file URL, user agent, referral websites, operating system.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, submit a form, respond to a survey, surf the website or use our products.

Registering a free or free trial account

When creating a free account on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your name, email address and password that will help us to identify you. We will automatically register you with Cusmin service.

Registering from a purchase

When you make a purchase with Cusmin, we will use the email and name you have provided in order to register you with Cusmin. If you pay with PayPal we will use your PayPal email for registration.

Requesting the Cusmin demo

By requesting the access to Cusmin demo site, we ask you for your name and email and we will add you to our newsletter that we send from time to time. You can opt-out from it anytime.

Other profile information

We will generate a password for your Cusmin account the first time you register. We will send you this information via email as well with the link to change your password. Passwords are stored in encrypted way so you are the only one who knows it. If you use your social network account, we will collect your profile photo and gender information in order to improve your user experience.

You may choose to log in with your existing social network accounts like Google or Facebook instead of your Cusmin credentials, and in that case we will try to collect the following information from your profile: name, email, gender and profile photo in order to verify and update your profile information. Your social network account will be linked to your Cusmin account (it has to be the same email address) so you can log in much easier.

Site information and settings

In order to process Cusmin licenses we collect information about your IP address, domain name and site URL. Cusmin saves your Cusmin configurations on the Cusmin server, so you can reuse them later on other sites.


Our surveys are anonymous, but we may ask you to provide your personal information like name and email in order to respond to your message. It is up to you to choose whether you want to provide this information.

We may send you a one-time survey when you register for the first time, in order to get a feedback from you.

How you can access your personal information?

You can access, update or delete your personal information on the Cusmin Dashboard. You are also entitled to ask us to port your personal information (i.e. to transfer in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to you), to erase it, or restrict its processing.

How long we keep your data?

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you and to comply with our legal obligations. We keep the most of your information as long as your account is not closed. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the Cusmin services, you can erase your data in Cusmin Dashboard or close your account; or you can request that we erase your personal information and close your Cusmin account.

Account closure

When you choose to close your Cusmin account your data will be removed immediately and permanently. This action is not reversible. You may still see your information as long as your session is not closed. When you log out or wait for 1 hour for your session to expire, you will see the changes.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

When you visit our Sites, there’s certain information that’s recorded which is generally anonymous information and does not reveal your identity. If you’re logged into your account some of this information could be associated with your account. We’re talking about the following kinds of details:

Our Sites are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, so if you are under 16 we ask that you do not use our Sites or give us your personal information (if you are a young tech wiz, please direct your nearest responsible adult to use the Sites for you!).
